The past year has been a meaningful chapter for the Training Team. We improved contributor processes, refined documentation, and published valuable learning materials.

With stable leadership and active global contributors, we’re well-positioned to continue that momentum into 2026.

A smoother, more intuitive onboarding experience is a central focus.
We aim to make it easier for contributors—new or returning—to understand how to begin contributing, what tasks are available, and how to find help.

• Mentorship and contributor-first guidance

2. Stronger Documentation & Clearer Workflows {#documentation}
